Some people think that having a set retirement age for everybody is unfair. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

People have different opinions about having the same retirement age for all workers. Some people believe that a fixed retirement age is simple and fair to administer, while others think that different jobs and health conditions require flexibility. In my view, a single age is useful, but flexible options are fairer.
