People living in large cities face many problems in daily life. What are these problems, and should governments encourage people to move to smaller towns?

People have different opinions about the difficulties of living in large cities. Some people believe that crowded cities create stress, high costs, and long journeys, while others think that cities still provide jobs, services, and cultural opportunities. In my view, governments should improve smaller towns but should not force people to leave cities.
