Band 7 model answer

It is often argued that smaller families. Although there are understandable reasons why some people support it, I believe that it is useful only if the downsides are limited.

A major reason is that smaller families can give children more attention and resources. In practical terms, parents may spend more time and money on each child. This can lead to better outcomes for individuals and society. In addition, it can also create broader social benefits.

Nevertheless, the disadvantages should not be ignored. a very low birth rate may create long-term demographic pressure. Another concern is that it can also place new pressure on people and institutions. These problems may reduce the value of the policy or behaviour if no safeguards are provided.
